Participant-reported outcomes from 21 pilot participants, April 6–27, 2026. Sessions were delivered Mondays at 11:30 AM and Fridays at 2:30 PM. Nine employees returned for multiple sessions, averaging three sessions each.
Organizational reporting summarizes sessions delivered, participation and repeat-attendance trends, aggregate participant-reported changes, delivery observations, and recommendations for continuation or expansion. Individual participant responses are excluded.
*A.R.R.S. complements existing employee-support, leadership, clinical, and wellness resources.
A separate 90-day application is available for long-term residential rehabilitation and recovery-support environments. Two 60-minute sessions are delivered each week—up to 24 sessions over 90 days.
The program supports practical wellness routines alongside counseling, peer support, case management, and reintegration programming.
